Authors & Illustrators Book Fair: Kid Edition

Looking for inspiring and engaging books for kids? Head over to Midtown Global Market on Saturday, August 2, for a free Authors & Illustrators Book Fair hosted by artist Melodee Strong—presented in partnership with Strive Publishing. From noon to 3 p.m., families are invited to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon celebrating stories, art, and imagination.

The Market will be transformed into a vibrant literary hub, featuring a wide range of picture books, chapter books, and young adult novels—all created by talented local authors and illustrators. Kids will have the chance to meet the creators behind their favorite characters, get books signed, and spark their own love of reading.
